Johann is an innovation management adviser to start-ups and established for-profit and non-profit organizations. He combines his background in: corporate finance and alternative asset management; independent and corporate startups; and creating sustainable growth innovation models for corporate, non-profits and educational initiatives. His passion is to integrate his work with the principles of: the UN Sustainable Development Goals; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG). He founded and ran HedgeWorld for 10 years, including its sale to a global financial information firm. He is currently working with BaumanWellness.com, CharacterYAQ.com and Sugar Cube Productions LLC, the producers of Me The “Other”. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and founder and managing director of jouleWatt.com.
